The appellant has filed the present appeal against the ex-parte order dated 22nd July, 2020 issued by the committee. During the pendency of the
appeal, the committee has further passed an order dated 3rd
In view of the aforesaid, the appeal has become infructuous and is dismissed as such leaving it open to the appellant to challenge the order dated
3rd September, 2020, if they so desire. It is also stated that in the event if the appellant has filed its objections before the committee pursuant to the
show cause notice it would be open to the committee to pass a final order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the appellant within three months.
Misc. Application Nos.244 and 245 of 2020 are also disposed of accordingly.
The present matter was heard through video conference due to Covid-19 pandemic. At this stage it is not possible to sign a copy of this order nor a
