Judgment
Both cases were taken up together being of similar nature and against the same Respondents.
Adv. Naresh Kumar appeared on behalf of the Complainants and stated that he has already made amendments in Form M in Complaint case no. Com/10/06/2023 titled as Sh. Anoop Srivastava & Reena Srivastava versus Central Secretariat Services Officers Society.
None appeared on behalf of the Respondents.
Ld. Counsel for Complainants filed receipts of deposits along with summary of payments made to the Respondents during the course of proceedings. Same is taken on record.
Notices sent to the Respondents by post on all the addresses supplied by the Complainants are received back unserved. However, notice was also sent through e-mail on the e-mail address available on records.
The e-mail has not bounced back. Therefore it is deemed to be proper service of notice upon the Respondents via electronic mode.
In the interest of justice Respondents are given one more opportunity to file replies by 10.04.2024 with copies served on the Complainants.
Complainants may file rejoinders, if any, by 20.04.2024 with copies served on the Respondents.
In case Respondents fail to file reply as directed or appear on the next date of hearing they shall be proceeded ex-parte.
