At the outset, Shri L.S. Kushwaha, learned counsel for the applicant has made a statement at the Bar that the applicant will be satisfied, if a direction is given to the respondent no. 5 i.e. Superintendent of Post Office, Deoria Division, Deoria to decide his representation dated 27.04.2023, enclosed at Annexure A-6 of OA, within a specified time.
On the other hand, Shri Chakrapani Vatsyayan, learned counsel for the respondents states that no such direction can be given at this stage.
However, In view of the innocuous prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the OA is disposed off with direction to the respondent no. 5 i.e. Superintendent of Post Office, Deoria Division, Deoria to decide the representation of the applicant dated 27.04.2023, annexed at Annexure A-6 of OA, by the reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. A copy of the reasoned and speaking order shall be communicated to the applicant forthwith.
No order as to costs.
