O R D E R
Shri Anil Kumar Singh and Shri Rohit Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Chakrapani Vatsyayan and Shri Raghvendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the respondents are present.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that both the applicants have already joined on the new place of posting. Hence, cause of action does not exist and as such, this O.A. has become infructuous.
