The appellant has sought extension of time to comply with this Tribunal’s order dated October 14, 2022 directing the appellant to deposit with the respondent within six months, an amount of Rs. 42,96,283/- towards investors fees which was taken by the appellant without getting registered as an investment advisor. I find that no evidence has been given to substantiate the dire financial condition of the appellant.
I also find that the period of six months allowed by this Tribunal was over on April 14, 2023. However, the application has been moved after much delay. Accordingly, Misc. Application No. 1366 of 2022 is dismissed. Liberty is given to the applicant to file a fresh application.
