At the joint request made by the learned Advocates for the parties, this Court vide order dated 6th September, 2019, directed the parties to approach the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on Friday, the 4th October, 2019 at 11.00 a.m. so as to resolve their matrimonial disputes through mediation.

However, as per the Mediation Report dated 4th October, 2019, the parties could not arrive at an amicable settlement.

This petition under Section 25 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 read with Order XLI of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013 has been filed by the petitioner (wife) for transfer of H.M.A. Petition No.183 of 2017 titled as "Sri Anurag Srivastava vs. Smt. Anita Srivastava" pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court at Gorakhpur (U.P.) to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court at Bangalore.

Having heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition, we direct transfer of H.M.A. Petition No.183 of 2017 titled as "Sri Anurag Srivastava vs. Smt. Anita Srivastava" pending 2before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court at Gorakhpur (U.P.) to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court at Bangalore.

Let the record of the case be transferred without delay.

The Transfer Petition is allowed in the aforestated terms.
