Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):

The present OA has been filed by the applicant under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunal’s Act 1985, praying therein for the following reliefs:-

“(i)

Grant special Leave to the applicant to file the Original Application before the Principal Bench of this Tribunal.

(ii)

pass any other order as deemed fit and proper by this Hon’ble Tribunal.

Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the applicant has appeared for selection under various categories of Jr. Engineer in response to the advertisement No. 03/2018. She further submits that the applicant has not been considered for her selection to the post code 68 keeping in view the fact that the applicant has not qualified Stage-I examination for such category as her marks were 55.42 whereas the cut off marks were 57.82. She further submits that so far as the applicant’s candidature for category 56 is concerned, her name figures in the waiting list and if her turn comes, the applicant will be considered in accordance with the relevant rules and instructions on the subject.

Learned counsel for the applicant very fairly submits that the aforesaid factual statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents has also come to his notice in view of the reply filed by the respondents to the P.T. filed by the applicant.

In view of the above submissions, the OA is disposed of having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
