I.A. No. 8785 of 2013
Learned counsel for the parties are present.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this case, a reasoned order dated 07.10.2013 has been passed rejecting a part of the claim of the petitioner. He submits that to challenge the same, I.A. No. 8785 of 2013 has been filed. Learned counsel has also submitted that the order which is sought to be challenged through amendment application is directly connected with the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition.
Considering the aforesaid submission, I.A. No. 8785 of 2013 is hereby allowed and the petitioner is directed to insert the amendment as sought for through interlocutory application at various places in the main writ petition through red ink.
Counsel for the respondents is directed to seek instruction and file a supplementary counter affidavit in the present case particularly bringing on record the materials on the basis of which findings have been recorded in the impugned order dated 07.10.2013.
The supplementary counter affidavit should be filed by 03.04.2023.

I.A. No. 6134 of 2014 seeking early hearing of the case is allowed.
