Justice L. Narasimha Reddy:
Mr. Neeraj Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission of the Tribunal to withdraw the OA.

Permission is accorded. The OA is dismissed as withdrawn. It is left open to the applicant to pursue the remedies in accordance with law, as and when, the final seniority list is published and in case his grievance subsists. There shall be no order as to costs.
