Justice L. Narasimha Reddy, Chairman:
We find that the applicant filed this OA which runs to more than 600 pages on a small issue about the revision of his pay structure. When we pointed out the same, Shri Nidhesh Gupta, learned senior counsel for the applicant graciously said that, the applicant would take back the OA and file a fresh set of papers which would contain only relevant documents. Registry is directed to return the file and we grant one week’s time to the applicant, to file a fresh one confined to only relevant papers. Post the O.A. as soon as it is resubmitted.
