The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case e-FIR No. 80046855/2025 of PS Nangloi for offence under Section 305 BNS.
1.1 This bail application came up for the first hearing on 30.05.2025 before the predecessor bench and thereafter continued getting adjourned before different benches. The accused/applicant was granted interim protection from arrest vide order dated 02.06.2025 of the Vacation Bench subject to his joining the investigation. That interim protection continues till date on date to date basis. Along with 179 such old pending bail applications, this application was transferred to this bench.
1.2 Today is the first effective hearing before me. None has appeared on behalf of accused/applicant.
Learned APP assisted by IO/SI Ashok submits that despite repeated notices, the accused/applicant has not been joining investigation. It is further submitted that thrice in January 2026 and even for 07.03.2026, the accused/applicant was issued notice to join investigation but he did not join.
Today also none appears for the accused/applicant.
Considering the above circumstances, the anticipatory bail application and the accompanying application are dismissed.
