The applicant/accused seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 116/2025 of Police Station Cyber Police Station Dwarka for offence under 318(4)/319/3(5) BNS.

At the outset, learned APP for State, assisted by IO/SI Jaiveer Singh, submits that as on date, the IO does not have evidence sufficient to arrest the accused/applicant, but further investigation is continuing, so as and when

there is sufficient evidence to arrest him, the IO shall give him a prior notice of at least one week, so that he may again approach the court for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the present application is disposed of directing that as and when the IO has sufficient evidence to arrest the accused/applicant, he shall give a one week prior notice in writing to the accused/applicant, so that the accused/applicant may file a fresh anticipatory bail application. In the meanwhile, it is directed that as and when called in writing by the IO, the accused/applicant shall join the investigation.
