Judgment
Ld. Counsel Mr. Najeeb Usman Khan for the Applicant is present. There is no representation for the Respondent.
The Application has been filed by Mr. Anil Kumar Khicha, who is the IRP of M/s. Spacex Furniture Pvt Ltd., duly accompanied by Form – FA for the withdrawal of the application for having settled the issue to the satisfaction of the Committee of Creditors in accordance with the terms contained in Annexure-A at Page No.38 of the Application.
The mail dated 11.08.2021 received by the IRP, in which, it is conveyed that the Corporate Debtor is willing to make one time full and final settlement to the Operational Creditor. The mail was also contained the details of demand draft towards the full and final settlement in favour of the Operational Creditor.
In view of the above, IA(IBC)/1087/CHE/2021 is allowed and accordingly IBA/03/2020 stands closed.
