Judgment
It has been submitted by Shri Arun Kathpalia, learned senior counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2 that the appeal has become infructuous as the grievance of the Appellant has been redressed as the change in the name of the company has been effected and the same is changed from ‘Reliance Capital Ltd.’ to ‘IndusInd’ and an affidavit with regard to the aforesaid facts has also been filed on 11.09.2026, in pursuance of the order of this Appellate Tribunal dated 07.09.2026.
At this juncture, learned counsel appearing for the Appellant fairly submits the nothing survives in the appeal therefore, it may be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid, as indicated by learned counsel for the Appellant, nothing survives to be considered in the appeal and the same is dismissed as has become infructuous.
There is no orders as to cost. All pending I.As. are disposed of.
