ORDER

Mr. Varun Srinivasan, the Learned Counsel appearing for the ‘Respondent No. 2/ ‘ Resolution Professional’, informs this ‘Tribunal’ that the ‘Resolution Plan’ was ‘Approved’ and hence, the Instant Appeal has become an ‘Otiose’ and an ‘Infructuous’ one, because of the ‘Development’ that took place, subsequent to the filing of the Instant Company Appeal (AT) (Ins) No. 209 of 2020.

At this Juncture, Mr. Kavin Prabhu, the Learned representing Counsel for Mr. Krishna Ravindran, the Advocate ‘On Record’, for the ‘Appellant’, informs this ‘Tribunal’, that as against the ‘Approval’ of ‘Resolution Plan’, a separate ‘Appeal’, was filed before the ‘Office of the Registry’ and it is at the ‘Unnumbered’ stage.

Considering the fact that the ‘Resolution Plan’, got approved and has a ‘Logical Corollary’, the Instant Company Appeal (AT) (Ins) No. 209 of 2020, has become an ‘Otiose’ and ‘Infructuous’ one, this ‘Tribunal’ ‘Dismisses’ the Company Appeal (AT) (Ins) No. 209 of 2020, as ‘Nothing’ survives for any ‘Adjudication’, in the subject matter in issue. No ‘Costs’.
