In the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to implement the minutes of the meeting held on 17.07.2018 under the Chairmanship of the Excellency the Governor of Jammu & Kashmir regarding function and bottlenecks concerned Cross LOC Trade at Salamabad, Uri and Chakan-da-Bagh, Poonch.

Objections have been filed by the respondents, wherein in paragraph No.7 to 9 it is held:-

“7-9/- It response to averments made in paras 7 to 9 it is submitted that the decisions taken in the meeting are implemented properly. It is submitted that the record of the TFC Chakkan-Da-Bagh is fully computerized. It is submitted that as far as on-line roster is concerned, the electrification of TFC was severely damaged by a shell fire by POK army and a report in this behalf as well as expenditure for restoration of electrification and other infrastructure stands submitted to Govt. through Director Industries Jammu. It is submitted that the infrastructure is being, in process of restoration and roster would be displayed on line as soon as it is resolved. Further, the roster is being maintained off line for which every trader is well aware along with the petitioner.”

Be that as it may, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to do the needful in terms of the paragraphs referred herein above at an earliest by intimating the petitioner accordingly.

Disposed of accordingly along with connected applications.
