We have heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondents.
Learned counsel for the respondents states that the prayer of the applicant is to consider his candidature for appointment to the post of Technical Officer/C by issuing appropriate orders/directions.
Learned counsel for the respondents on instructions states that the respondents are ready to give the applicant an opportunity to join the post of Technical Officer/C at Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research. Learned counsel for the applicant is agreeable to the same.
In view of the above, the Order dated 09/13th October, 2025 is set aside. If the applicant fails to join as Technical Officer/C at Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research within the extended time by the respondents, the Order dated 09/13th October, 2025 shall revive.
With these directions, OA stands disposed of. Pending MAs, if any, stand disposed of. No costs.
