An interlocutory application has been filed wherein prayer has been made that under order dated 10.10.2011 the petitioners have been directed to file fresh representation before the District Superintendent of Education, Simdega so that decision be taken by him in the matter relating to claim of the payment of the arrears of salary but in fact, it would be the District Superintendent of Education,Ranchi who would be competent person to deal with the matter and therefore, necessary correction be made in the order dated 10.10.2011.
In view of the submission stated above, the petitioners are directed to file fresh representation putting forth the claims which have been raised in this application before the District Superintendent of Education, Ranchi along with a copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today. On receiving such representation, the District Superintendent of Education, Ranchi shall be taking decision in the matter relating to claim of the petitioners within a period of two months thereafter.
Accordingly, the order dated 10.10.2011 is modified to the extent indicated above.
The aforesaid I.A stands disposed of.
