Judgment
Mr. Justice L. Narasimha Reddy:
The applicant is working as Assistant Public Prosecutor in the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi. Through an order dated 18.06.2019, he was placed under suspension. This OA is filed, challenging the order of suspension. The applicant has raised several contentions in his challenge to the said order.
Even according to the applicant, he was reinstated through order dated 15.11.2019. Once the applicant is reinstated into service, there is no point in challenging the order of suspension.
Another grievance of the applicant is that he has not been paid salary after reinstatement. If that is so, the respondents shall examine the same and release the salary for the period, during which the applicant worked after reinstatement.
The OA is accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
