This application is preferred to bring the legal representative of the petitioner Ananda Laxman Bhosale, who passed away on 16th March, 2018. The application is supported by affidavit and a copy of the death certificate. The application came to be preferred on 25th April, 2018.

Hence, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Necessary amendment be carried out in the petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The application is taken out to bring the legal representatives of respondent No. 1 Govind Laxman Bhosale, who is reported to have expired on 18th January, 2009.

Issue notice to respondent Nos. 1a to 1d, the proposed legal representatives of respondent No. 1 returnable on 19th July, 2022.

The petitioner is at liberty to serve respondent Nos. 1a to 1d by private service and file affidavit of service.
