By way of this application, filed under Order 22 Rules 3, 9 and 11, read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, a prayer has been made to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased petitioner who is stated to have died during the pendency of these proceedings, leaving behind his legal representatives as mentioned in para-2 of the application. No reply is intended to be filed to the application.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the averments contained in the application, the same is allowed and the proposed legal representatives of deceased petitioner are ordered to be substituted as petitioner No. 1 (a) to 1(c), in place of the deceased petitioner. The application stands disposed of.

Mr. Ajay Kumar, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of the newly added petitioners No. 1(a) to 1(c).
At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the order, non compliance of which has resulted into filing of the instant contempt petition, stands complied with in letter and spirit. Learned counsel for the petitioner endorses the same.
In view of the above, proceedings are closed. Notice discharged.
