Heard the parties.

This writ petition has been filed on behalf of petitioner for a direction to the respondents for payment of retiral benefits and other consequential benefits.

Petitioner retired on 30.4.2016 from the post of Reader in the P.G. Department (Mathematics) under J.P. University, Chapra, however, his retiral dues were not paid.

It has been submitted on behalf of counsel for the University that substantial claim of the petitioner with respect to retiral dues has been redressed, however, counsel for the petitioner states that retiral dues under different heads are still to be paid.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Registrar, J.P. University, Chapra giving details item-wise of retiral dues / other dues still unpaid and on such representation, the learned Registrar, J.P. University, Chapra shall verify the admissibility of said retiral dues/other dues within three months from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner and if learned Registrar finds that retiral dues / other dues are payable to petitioner, same may be paid to the petitioner within two months thereafter.
