Reply/compliance affidavit stands filed by the respondents State, perusal whereof reveals that in terms of mandate contained in the order sought to be executed, petitioner has been offered appointment against the post of Drawing Master reserved for the Scheduled Caste (Unreserved) in the pay scale of Rs.21360 i.e. equal to 60% of the first cell of level 9 of the pay matrix of the corresponding cadre of employees appointed/working on regular basis as per Government of Himachal Pradesh, Finance Department. Notification dated 12.1.2022..
As per order dated 16.9.2023 annexed with the compliance affidavit, petitioner shall be deemed to have been regularized notionally with effect from 13.5.2020 at par with the appointee of same selection process regularized after completing three years of continuous service vide order dated 13.5.2020.
Since, the mandate contained in the order sought to be executed, stands complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present proceedings, which are accordingly closed. However, respondents are directed to ensure that due seniority is assigned to the petitioner, if not already assigned.
