Mr. Zal Andhyrajuna counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rohan Rajadhyaksha counsel for the respondent are present.

Reply to I.A. 1146/2020 is not filed by the IRP. The learned counsel appearing for the IRP requested time for filing reply. However, the learned Advocate appearing for the applicant insisted for grant of interim relief restraining respondent Nos. 1 and 3 from proceeding with the tender process for Tolling/Leave & License/Rental Agreements' for taking over the operation of the manufacturing facilities at Vapi, Gujrat.

Learned counsel appearing for the IRP made a statement across the Bar that the tender process is at the stage of inviting bids and the same may not be completed before 1st September 2020. The above statement of the advocate for IRP is recorded.

In view of the above statement made by the counsel appearing for the IRP, the IRP is at liberty to receive the bids and shall keep the bids pending with him until further orders from this tribunal. The IRP shall file his reply to the above I.A. 1146/2020 by serving an advance copy to the other side before the next date of hearing i.e. on 07.09.2020. Call on 08.09.2020 for final hearing of the I.A. on merits.
