Rule. Learned counsel, Ms. Vidhi Bhatt waives service of notice of rule for respondent. The present application has been filed for extension of time for deciding the application u/s 8 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 in Special Civil Suit No. 734 of 2012 as prayed for in para no. 4A of the application.

Heard learned counsel, Mr. Salil Thakore for learned counsel, Ms. Megha Jani for the applicants and learned counsel, Ms. Vidhi Bhatt for the respondent.

In view of the averments and having considered the submissions, the present application stands allowed in terms of Para No. 4A. The order passed in Misc. Civil Application No. 3132/2012 dated 03.12.2012 shall stand modified and the time is extended for deciding the application u/s 8 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 in Special Civil Suit No. 734 of 2012 by one week i.e. upto 26.12.2012. Accordingly, subsequent schedule also shall stand extended for ten days. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted today.
