The Counsel for the Respondent would submit that nothing survives in the appeal as the main Securitization Application has been disposed of vide order dated 09.07.2026 and the present appeal is arising out of an interim order in the same Securitization Application i.e. 197/2024.
The Counsel for the Appellants would fairly concede at bar that the present appeal is from an impugned order on an interim application in Securitization Application No. 197/2024.
In view of the above, Misc. Appeal No. 40/2026 is dismissed for default.
All pending I.As. , if any , stand dismissed.
