Heard the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this interlocutory application has been filed for early hearing of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
Since the hearing of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is being taken up today, hence, this interlocutory application is disposed of being infructuous.

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with the prayer to Freezing Instructions by which the petitioner’s Bank Account maintained with HSBC Bank and in alternative, to set aside the impugned order and allow the 503 Application.
Though the petition is a voluminous one running into several hundred pages and a supplementary affidavit of several hundred pages has also been filed yet Prayer made in prayer portion of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition in page No.52 is a vague one. It is incongruous what 503 Application means. It has not been specified in prayer portion of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition in page No.52 that which order is the impugned order. So, it appears that the petitioner has not come to court with clean hands, therefore this Court is not inclined to entertain this vague and vexatious petition.
Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, being without any merit, is dismissed.
