The original petition is filed to direct the Court of the Munsiff, Ranni to consider and dispose of I.A.No1/2022 in O.S.No.130/2022 within a time frame.
Pursuant to the order dated 19.12.2022 passed by this Court, the learned Munsiff, Ranni (Munsiff in-charge) by communication dated 03.01.2023, has informed this Court that the application was posted to 27.09.2022. As there was no sitting, the same was adjourned. The present Officer is holding additional charge. The application can be disposed of within one month.
Heard; Sri.Vineeth V., the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri.T.K.Biju, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
In the light of the pleadings and the materials on record, after perusing the communication of the learned Munsiff and in exercise of the supervisory powers of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, I direct the Court of the Munsiff, Ranni (Munsiff in-charge) to consider and dispose of IA No.1/2022 in OS No.130/2022 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. The original petition is ordered accordingly.
