RULE. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent – State.

By way of present application, the party-in-person is present in the Court and has prayed for extension of temporary bail which was granted by this Court vide order dated 12.07.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.12241 of 2023 on the ground of sale of his property situated in Madhya Pradesh.

Heard learned advocate for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent – State.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent – State has opposed such prayer.

Considering the ground advanced by the applicant for extension of temporary bail, the present application requires consideration. Hence, the present application is partly allowed. The period of temporary bail, which was granted by this Court vide order dated 12.07.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No. 12241 of 2023 is extended for a period of seven days on the same terms and conditions. However, as the applicant is personally present in the Court states that property is situated at Ratlam in Madhya Pradesh, he shall provide the details about his traveling to Madhya Pradesh and address of the local resident of Ratlam at whose residents he will be residing or in other place where intend to reside.

The convict shall surrender to the Jail Authority after completion of the said temporary period, without fail. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent only.
