Judgment
The applicant has filed this application under Section 438 Cr.P.C as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.52/2021, registered at
Police Station Katghora, District Korba (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 306, 34 IPC.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is suffering with various critical diseases. He submits that one of his family member has
also died due to Covid-19 and therefore, he may be granted interim bail.
On the other hand, counsel for the State opposes the bail application.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to granted interim bail to
the applicant.
It is directed that the applicant shall be granted interim bail for a period of two months on his furnishing a personal bond in sum of Rs. 25,000/- with
one solvent surety in like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned arresting/investigating officer. This order shall be effective for two months from the
date of receipt of copy of this order.
List the matter for final hearing in due course.
