Judgment
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:
“ That present application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding the respondent authorities to treat the petitioner under reserved category of handicapped in terms of as Advertisement No. 01 of 2019 and further to give the benefits of reservation accordingly and include his name in the list of counseling under the reserve category of handicapped as prepared in the said course of the selection treating the debare of the petitioner to take part in the said selection as nonest and against the term and condition of the advertisement in question.”
Petitioner is a candidate for recruitment to the post of Junior Engineer pursuant to the Advertisement No. 1 of 2019, the last date for submission of application being 15.04.2019. The petitioner’s claim, under physically handicapped quota, has not been considered on the score that there is no prescribed option in the application form to be filled up by the candidate through online.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has not pointed out from the relevant application form under which the concerned authority have failed to provide exercising option under various category. Thus, the present petition is bereft of material information.
Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed.
