These matters were to be placed on board today. They are not shown on board. Advocate for the accused, therefore, appears to be absent for this reason. However, as per court''s direction production warrant was issued for production of accused Ajay Pandit @ Jagdish Patel. Accordingly he has been brought to the Court from Kolhapur. Police Officer, Mr. A.V. Shinde, PSI, who has brought the accused, states that the accused is brought from Kolhapur, but he is kept in Arthur Road Jail. Looking to the facts that the accused was called upon to show cause and his advocate is absent, the matter is adjourned for tomorrow i.e. 13.12.2005. Office to issue notice to the advocate for the accused, so also learned APP Mr. Shringarpure to communicate the advocate for the accused that the matter is kept tomorrow. Accused to be produced tomorrow at 11.00 a.m. in the Court and till tomorrow he shall be kept in Arthur Road Jail. Office to give copy of this order immediately to the Police Officer.
