No steps were taken as against respondent Nos.5 to 51 as ordered by this Court by means of Speed Post or by serving notice to the counsel directly.
No memo to that behalf so far filed. In short, after obtaining an interlocutory order, the petitioner failed to comply with the order passed by this Court
ordering notice to the respondents.
Hence, there will be a direction to the petitioner to take emergent steps either by registered post with acknowledgment due or any other legally
recognized method available for a speedy service of the notice to the respondents whose service so far not completed and it shall be completed within
a span of two weeks from today. If there is any failure either to take steps in time or to serve notice to any of the respondents properly from the part
of the petitioner, the same shall be a ground for deleting the said respondent from the party array of the original petition and it shall considered on the
next posting date.
