Judgment
The instant application is filed, wherein it is stated that the Court while disposing of writ petition bearing OWP No. 327/2015, titled Aftab Ahmad Allaie Vs. State of JK and Ors., vide order dated 17.02.2022, has shown CCP(S) No. 208/2020 as disposed of, which is a contempt petition, filed separately and not arising out of orders passed in OWP No. 327/2015. It is stated that inadvertently the Court has mentioned CCP(s) No. 208/2020, instead of CPOWP No. 488/2016 as disposed of, but as a matter of fact, the contempt petition bearing CCP(S) No. 208/2020 is yet to be decided and the Court is seeking compliance of the orders.
On the set of facts and grounds urged, coupled with the submissions made at Bar, the instant application is allowed and contempt petition CCP(S) No. 208/2020 is restored to its original position for listing instead of CPOWP No. 488/2016, which shall be shown as disposed of.
Registry to list the contempt petition CCP(s) No. 208/2020 on 25.03.2022. Records of CPOWP No. 488/2016 shall be consigned to records as disposed of.
This order shall form part of order dated 17.02.2022.
