Judgment

Pursuant to the order dated 17.02.2023, learned advocates appearing for the respective parties have forwarded the purshish dated 03.03.2023, whereby they have reached to an agreement as mentioned therein and it is requested that since the claims are settled, the present suit may be disposed of. The aforesaid purshish dated 03.03.2023 is ordered to be taken on record.
Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid purshish, the present suit is hereby permitted to be withdrawn.
Accordingly, the Registry is directed to issue a Release Warrant forthwith and circulate the same to the Port Officer and the Customs Authorities at Mundra Port at the following email addresses. The Port Officer and the Customs Authorities at Mundra Port are directed to take note of the release order and release the Defendant vessel from arrest.
It is open for the advocate for the parties to communicate the above order by email and the authorities at Mundra Port are directed to act on the said email with an ordinary copy of this order.
Since the suit is disposed off without an effective hearing, the Registry is directed to refund permissible court fees in the name of the Advocate of the plaintiffs.
Direct Service is permitted today.
