ORDER
The prayer in the present application is for replacement of the Respondent No. 2 with Stressed Credit Resolution Private Limited. The Ld. Counsel for the Applicant submits that it is a cordial exit by Respondent No. 2 as they have already tendered all his pending dues amounting to Rs. 2,36,000/-. He further submits that there is no due pending of the present Liquidator. They have also placed on record the certificate of the registration of proposed Liquidator.
In view of the submissions made, the present I.A. is allowed and the Respondent No. 2 is replaced with the Stressed Credit Resolution Private Limited.
