Judgment

Copy of the report submitted by the C.B.I. was made available to us in court in addition to the sealed envelope already received in the Registry.
After perusing the same, we have returned back the said report to the learned counsel.
We direct, the Registrar, Judicial to preserve the sealed envelope and to be kept in safe custody, until further orders.
Three months' further time to conclude the investigation, as prayed for, is granted for the reasons mentioned in the application. The application (I.A. No. 177411 of 2019) for extension of time is allowed.
The misc. application is disposed of accordingly.

By this application, the petitioners have sought directions against the concerned authority to provide appropriate security to the petitioners for the reasons mentioned in the application.
Learned counsel for the C.B.I. submits that the concern expressed by the petitioners will be brought to the notice of the concerned authority for doing the needful as may be required.
It is stated that the petitioners are already provided with one security guard from 2013 by the local police. In addition, if any further arrangement is to be made that be considered by the concerned local authority as per the extant norms.
The misc. application and I.As. are disposed of accordingly.
