This Contempt Case is filed alleging that the respondents did not implement the Order dated 24.11.2020 in OA No. 633/2020.

Mr. Hardik Ahluwalia, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the respondents have passed an order dated 24.02.2021. Accordingly, he sought permission of the Tribunal to withdraw the CP.
Permission is accorded and CP is dismissed as withdrawn.
