1. On 24.09.2020 this Court in RFA No 10 of 2019 had on admission of the appeal called for the records from the learned Claims Commissioner.

Pursuant thereto the record reveals that the Registry addressed a communication to the learned Claims Commissioner followed by reminders on

14.10.2020, 25.09.2020 and 21.10.2020 for the records. Vide its communication dated 22.10.2020 the original copies of the records were forwarded to

this Court with an index of the documents forwarded. A perusal of the index reflects that although the evidence on affidavit filed by the parties have

been forwarded however the documents exhibited by the witnesses have not been forwarded.

record.

3. In view of the same, the learned Claims Commissioner is directed to furnish the entire records, specifically the documents exhibited by the parties

which are referred to in the evidence on affidavit as well as the impugned judgment within a period of one month from the date of this order. On

receipt the Registry shall comply with order dated 17.05.2024 passed by this Court.
