ORDER
Ld. Counsel appearing for the Operational Creditor is present.
It is brought to my notice that Corporate Debtor is already admitted in CIRP by order dated 22.10.2019 in CP(IB)No.440/KB/2018. In view of this, proceedings stand disposed of with a liberty to the Operational Creditor to approach IRP/RP in that proceeding with its claim.
Operational Creditor is also at liberty to revive the application if order of admission of Corporate Debtor in CIRP set aside by any Authority.
