Draft Issues have been filed on behalf of ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. which are available on record of the case. ISSUES
Whether ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. is entitled to the decree of Rs.2,18,02,474/- in terms of the prayer made in B.P.No.536 of 2020 ?
Whether the demand raised by ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. is wrong being based on the audit report containing certain technical errors as pointed out by Rewari Digital Network in B.P.No.563 of 2020 ?
Whether the Debit Note dated 30/06/2020 and Invoice dated 07/07/2020 have been issued by ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. in accordance with the law or not ?
To what other relief / reliefs the parties are entitled for ?
