The Judgment was passed in this matter on 06.10.2023. However, it is noticed that the words appearing in 1st line of the concluding Para 86 of the Judgment i.e., “the Objections to the”, need to be deleted. Para 86 of the Judgment dated 06.10.2023 shall now be read as under:-
“86.Therefore, the Objections under Section 34 are allowed and the Award dated 04.02.2021, allowing the Claim of the respondent and partly allowing the Counter-Claim of the petitioner, is hereby set aside. Parties are at liberty to initiate the arbitration proceedings afresh as per rules”.
