This contempt petition (CPSW No. 05/2018 in SWP No.2208/2015) is listed at S. No.16 in the 'Advance Cause' list showing the title as 'Law Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Vs. Manzoor Ahmad Shah', however, on the perusal of the file, what gets revealed is that the correct title of the petition is 'Zahida Irfan V. Hashmant Ali Yatoo & Ors.'

Faced with the above situation, the official of the NIC Section, who was called in the open Court, has corrected the aforesaid error crept in the title of the contempt petition.

This contempt petition is filed alleging disobedience of the interim order of this Court dated 13th of October, 2015 passed in SWP No. 2208/2015; MP No.01/2015, whereby, this Court, while issuing notice to the respondents, directed as under:

In the meantime, Child Development Project Officer, Rohama, respondent No.4 herein, is directed to file compliance of Order No. DPO/B/Estt/2010/2688-91 dated 29.12.2010 issued by District Programme Officer, ICDS Projects Baramulla/ Bandipora. It is further directed that in case respondent No.6 is still continuing, her further salary shall not be released until and unless as directed by this Court. This order, is however, subject to objections from other side."

Since the order, subject matter of the instant contempt petition, is an exparte ad-interim order, therefore, it shall be appropriate to dispose of the instant contempt petition directing the respondents to file reply in the main petition, if not already done, as also the compliance of order dated 13th of October, 2015 passed by this Court.

Ordered accordingly.

Contempt petition disposed of as above.

Let the main case come up for consideration on the appointed date therein.
