Judgment
The present petition has been filed seeking for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari to set aside the impugned rules dated 10.08.2026 relating to recruitment to the post of graduate Primary School Teacher.
Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that post is a civil post and the Administrative Tribunal posses the appropriate jurisdiction to entertain disputes.
In light of such facts as made out, petition is disposed off as not calling for adjudication by relegating the petitioner to avail of substantive remedy.
