Heard Mr. S. Biswajit, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Ishwari, learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Mr. Kh. Samarjit, learned DSGI appearing for the respondents.
The present application had been filed with a prayer for impleading the following Officers as respondents No. 4 and 5 respectively in the connected Contempt Case (C) No. 159 of 2022:-
(i) Shri Aditya Prakash Singh, Deputy Commissioner, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Regional Office, Barik Point, Temple Road, Lanchumiere, Shillong, Meghalaya, Shillong-793001; &
(ii) Shri Vikram Singh, Principal, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Churachandpur (Manipur)-795128.
Mr. Kh. Samarjit, learned DSGI appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present application.
After hearing the submission advanced by the counsel appearing for the parties, the present application is disposed of by directing the Registry to implead the abovenamed two officers as respondents No. 4 and 5 in the connected contempt case.
With the aforesaid directions, the present application is disposed of.
