Mr. K. Kishan, learned counsel appears for the petitioners and Mr. Rarry, learned senior counsel appears for the respondents.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners undertakes that copy of the papers relating to the writ petition will be furnished to the respondents No. 1 & 2.
In respect of W.P.(C) No. 611 of 2024, Mr. K. Kishan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that notice has been served to the respondents No. 1 to 127 through paper publication and proof of service has also been filed before the Registry.
Registry is to verify, if so, print the name of the respondents or counsel for the respondents in the cause list on the next date of hearing.
Needless to say that Mr. M. Rarry, learned senior counsel appearing for the MPSC shall also intimate the service commission to send the communication to the private respondent by informing the pendency of the aforesaid writ petition.
