Judgment
Jyoti Mulimani, J
Sri.Ravi Bheemsingh Chawan., counsel for the petitioner, Sri.Sheshadri Jaishankar.M., AGA for respondents 1 to 5 and Sri.Ganesh Naik., counsel for respondents 7 to 10 have appeared in person.
The petition is listed today for orders regarding furnishing of FPF to R6 and 11.
The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking following reliefs.
a) Issue a Writ of Certiorari to quash the order dated:19.04.2022 passed by the second respondent in Appeal No.44/2014 vide Annexure-E.
b) Issue a Writ of Certiorari to quash the Endorsement dated:06.11.2024 issued by the first respondent vide Annexure-F.
c) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to mutate the name of the petitioners in the revenue record of Sy.No.15/A measuring 13 Acres 14 Guntas of Lakhanapur Village.
Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care.
A perusal of the Writ Petition reflects that the petitioner has grievance against respondents 6 to 11. He is claiming ownership over the land in question. In my view, the grievance of the petitioner as against respondents 6 to 11 is purely Civil in nature. Taking note of the same, the Assistant Commissioner and the Deputy Commissioner are justified in their actions. I find no grounds to interfere with the same. The Writ Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Since the petition is dismissed, question of paying process fee in respect of respondents 6 and 11 does not arise.
The petitioner may approach the appropriate forum seeking appropriate reliefs, if so advised.
