Judgment

After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this appeal with a liberty to
file a necessary application before the trial court seeking to recall the impugned order herein.
At his request, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, provided the said application is filed within a period of two weeks
from now.
The matter has been pending consideration before this Court for the last two years. The matter pertains to the dissolution of marriage. Therefore, in
view of the urgency involved and the time spent herein, we deem it just and necessary that the proceedings be expedited as quickly as possible.
As and when the application is filed, the same shall be considered on the next date. The respondent submits that he will file objections by one week
on the contemplated application. Hence, the trial court is hereby directed to dispose-off the matter, as expeditiously as possible, but, not later than two
weeks from the date of issuing notice to the respondent.
