Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The Writ Petition is filed mainly with the following prayer:
b) That direction may be issued to the Respondents that they should declare the result of the Petitioner on the basis of his answer-sheet which was attempted by him on 8th March, 2011 and in the alternative, in case it is found that answersheet has not been got examined, the same may be ordered to be got examined and his result may be declared forthwith.
Learned Standing Counsel for Board, on instruction which is taken on record, submits that the examination Centre once allotted cannot be changed without permission. But, there appears to be a little confusion with regard to the local name-Basantpur. There is one Basantpur in District Shimla and another in District Solan. The Petitioner appeared in Solan. Therefore, without going to the various other details and leaving all these questions, as a special case there will be a direction to the Board to declare the result of the Petitioner, forthwith.
The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
