Learned State counsel accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2. Smt.Sudha D, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri G K Bhat is permitted to
file vakalath on behalf of respondent No.3.
With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, matter is taken up for final disposal having regard to the reliefs sought in the
petition.
In the instant petition, petitioner has sought for a direction to the Excise Commissioner, Bengaluru to decide interlocutory application dated
17.04.2021 filed in Appeal No.ECS.23 APP2021 vide Annexure - P.
Having regard to the reliefs sought in the present petition, the Excise Commissioner is hereby directed to pass a speaking order on the interlocutory
application of the petitioner filed in appeal No.ECS.23 APP2021 after due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondent No.3. The above
exercise shall be completed within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of this order.
With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed of.
